Shelby made my visit a delightful experience. She greeted me at the door with a smile, directed me to my table and even made suggestions on what I should get. She came back to the table several times to make sure we were okay. The best hospitality I've experienced in a restaurant in a long time.

I came in at rush hour. My server Richard was very pleasant. He took my order and my food was brought to table in about 8 minutes. Every thing was cooked perfectly. I was also surprised in the attention the female manager megan took in her customers and staff. She was very polite not only to me but several other customers and she is a good manager. You can tell her staff and her have mutual respect for each other. I will definatly be making the meridian ihop a usual spot being new to Boise.

I put my order in online and came and the host asked for my name and I sat down and waited for my food. I sat there for quite some time working on my laptop. Not really paying attention. Finally, a waitress Natasha took notice and asked what my name was to see why my food hadn't come. Apparently the order never went through. The app had a glitch, or I'm just absent-minded. I only had a few minutes left before I had to leave for a meeting. Natasha askedme if I wanted to order. I said it was too late. Her and the manager I think said we can get it in really quickly for you and have it done in 5 minutes. Which they promptly did. I'm really appreciative of Natasha taking notice even though I wasn't her table. And both of them acting so quickly along with the cook to get my food in time.. wonderful service. So kind. One last icing on the cake I asked for peanut butter along with the order. Typically places always forget that kind of thing. Natasha did not forget that it was in my bag when I got to my destination. So great!!

I had an amazing experience at IHOP thanks to the night shift managers, Shelby and Spencer. They both went above and beyond to make sure I had a great dining experience. They personally came to my table several times to check on me, make sure everything was perfect, and see if I needed anything. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers really stood out. I’ve been to many restaurants, including this IHOP before, and I can honestly say I’ve never received service this exceptional. Shelby and Spencer made me feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated as a customer. It’s rare to find managers who are so hands-on and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. Thank you both for making my visit such a positive experience. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and even better service!

Caleb and the rest of the IHOP crew was so sweet when I needed it the most. I did a call in order with an odd request. The request was that I wanted a T-bone steak for my senior pup, that I wanted to do him right since he was getting euthanized later on in the day. But in order for my senior pup to eat it, that I would need it to be chopped up into small bites. Caleb said we can absolutely do that for you and even offered different foods that my dog might be interested in. I ended up adding bacon to the order because why not. I walked into this location 30 minutes later, expecting to pickup my order and pay. Caleb told me it was taken care of. I was like no I didn’t pay then he repeated himself that it was taken care of. Once I realized what he meant by that, all I could do in the moment was cry and say thank you. From the very start there was nothing but compassion and it’s what I needed the most in that moment. Never would I have thought to get that from a complete stranger but I am grateful that I got to experience somebody as kind as Caleb and the IHOP crew.

I wanted to specifically thank a waiter I had this evening named Walker. This young man was overwhelmed and still gave us exceptional service. He handled himself with dignity and was amazingly attentive to all of his patrons. I intend to return specifically because he was so nice to me and my table. Well done Walker. 👏👏👏👏👏
